Meredith and Jane Bridges
We create the handmade for the everyday
Jane resides in Stone Mountain. She began woodturning at sixty years old. After years of crafting in a variety of medium she has found her match. Fascinated with the beauty of wood, she harvests only from native felled trees. She loves coming up with her own designs and is always striving to improve the functionality of her pieces. Jane passed on the passion for woodworking to her daughter, Meredith.
Meredith graduated from UGA with an Art/Art Education degree and teaches high schoool locally. After school she spends her time crafting art objects. She recently studied sustainable architecture and natural building in Vermont and hopes to craft her own ger(yurt)this summer.
